MTI Signs Multiple Data Platform Agreement
with Wolters Kluwer Health

Agreement formalizes long-term relationship in the
continuously changing pharmaceutical business

LANGHORNE, PA (March 21, 2006) - MTI Information Technologies today announced it has signed a multi-year contract with Wolters Kluwer Health, Pharma Solutions Business Unit (formerly known as NDCHealth), for patient longitudinal, weekly retail prescribing and managed care data. This strategic move provides MTI access to a robust suite of data products unlike anything currently available to the pharmaceutical industry. The combination of these enhanced data assets and MTI's proprietary demand creation products offers pharmaceutical marketers a direct-to-physician marketing tool that consistently produces incremental sales with an ROI higher than traditional approaches.

According to MTI President, Bill Clapper, "Our flagship product, eXtendRx® Sales Optimization Program, already has a history of success generating incremental sales across many pharmaceutical brands and therapeutic classes." eXtendRx increases sales using innovative targeting techniques and the optimal mix of physician-selected communications delivered on a 1:1 basis. Dynamic results measurement and adjustments allow continual optimization of each program.

"What's more," Clapper added, "is that we are providing these services on a foundation of proven success and our product is being recognized as a true pioneer. Marketers can turn to eXtendRx with the confidence of knowing that they are making an investment in a validated technology instead of gambling on unproven methodologies." MTI already knows how to maximize the use of the data in its targeting models and has demonstrated the improved results of its integration. In addition, the eXtendRx product combines proprietary data from multiple other sources, making it an unquestionably unique offering.

"We are very enthusiastic about the opportunities this new agreement will present to pharmaceutical marketers throughout the industry," Clapper said.

MTI offers proprietary, demand-generating products for pharmaceutical marketers using sophisticated, data-driven technologies. These products deliver educational and promotional information to healthcare professionals and patients on a 1:1 basis through highly synchronized, multi-channel, communications. Return-on-investment through these programs consistently exceeds other methodologies.
