MTI WELCOMES ALGIS SALCIUNAS
AS DIRECTOR, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

 

LANGHORNE, PA (April 29, 2008) - MTI, the
leading innovator of pharmaceutical marketing
products, is pleased to announce the addition of
Algis “Al” Salciunas as Director, Product
Management.  In this position, Salciunas is
responsible for maintaining and managing
product concepts, product business models
and all commercial aspects of MTI’s cornerstone
marketing product, Extender™.  He will manage
product strategy in relation to market opportunity,
seek out and implement product enhancements,
serve as a product expert and spokesperson in
the industry and track market trends and demands
related to MTI products.

within the pharmaceutical industry makes him
an immediate asset to our team here at MTI.

bring to the marketing department increasing
our effectiveness in managing product concepts

Prior to joining MTI, Salciunas spent nearly 16
years at IMS Health, most recently holding the
position of Business/Competitive Intelligence
Principal.  His achievements in this role included
the design and implementation of a Win/Loss
Analysis program driving adjustments to sales
tactics, enhancements to product positioning
and marketing messages and providing insights
for new offerings.  He also enhanced the
company's competitive intelligence (CI)
communications process and managed primary
CI research projects for multiple IMS business
lines.  Salciunas earned a Masters in Business
Administration, specializing in marketing and
Bachelor of Arts in English and Journalism from
Rutgers University.
