MTI INVESTS IN LONG-TERM FINANCIAL HEALTH
WILLIAM RYMER JOINS COMPANY AS
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

LANGHORNE, PA (April 14, 2009) – MTI, the pioneer of communication optimization to healthcare providers (HCPs), is
pleased to announce the appointment of William Rymer as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As a member of the MTI executive team, Rymer will capitalize on the company’s current financial strength
to advance key strategic initiatives and identify external business opportunities. He is also responsible for the formulation and
execution of MTI’s financial strategies.

“Bill has spent nearly two decades building an impressive financial career that underscores accomplishments in capital investments, operational restructuring and policy implementation,” said President and CEO, Bill Clapper. “As a member of our executive team, his expertise will contribute significantly to the future growth and profitability of MTI.”

Prior to joining MTI, Rymer held CFO positions with both privately
and publicly owned businesses including, Constar International, Inc. and American Pacific Enterprises. He most recently served as Director, Business Advisory Services for a professional financial services firm. Rymer is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wake Forest University.
