SIDHARTHA RAO JOINS MTI
AS DIRECTOR, SYSTEMS

LANGHORNE, PA (February 5, 2007) - MTI, the leading innovator of pharmaceutical marketing products, announces Sidhartha Rao as Director, Systems.  In this position, Rao will be responsible for developing and managing strategic plans for MTI’s technology infrastructure – selecting and implementing the network and system tools that will support and facilitate MTI’s continued growth.

“Technology is core to MTI’s products as well as our day-to-day operations,” said Rob McCracken, Chief Technology Officer for MTI. “We need to ensure the infrastructure and system tools are designed to drive product innovation and support the business activities necessary for product delivery and company growth. With more than 9 years of IT security and infrastructure experience, Sidhartha is a very valuable addition to our team.”

Prior to joining MTI, Rao worked with Ranbaxy, Inc. as Chief Technology Architect and Security Officer.  In this role, he managed the planning, coordination and implementation of infrastructure and data loss protection solutions.  Sidhartha received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Delhi University, Delhi, India.
