MTI ANNOUNCES MATT GLAVAS
AS DIRECTOR, BUSINESS ANALYTICS

LANGHORNE, PA (February 12, 2008) - MTI, the leading
innovator of pharmaceutical marketing products, is pleased to announce the addition of Matt Glavas as Director, Business
Analytics. Glavas is responsible for leading MTI’s Business
Analytics team in the utilization of advanced statistical
methodologies to generate, interpret and present market
analysis used in support of MTI’s marketing programs.

“Matt has extensive experience leading project teams in
marketing, sales, supply logistics, IT and sales operations,”
said Matt Miller, VP, Operations for MTI. “His comprehensive understanding of our business and the industry will further
strengthen MTI’s programs as he leads the business analytics
team through thorough brand market evaluation and rigorous program performance analysis."

Glavas has over 18 years of professional experience, seven
of which were in the pharmaceutical industry employed by
Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS).  During his tenure with BMS, he
held positions in brand marketing, market research, and sales operations.  As an Associate Director, U.S. Pharmaceuticals
Sales & Marketing, Glavas managed U.S. marketing resource programs for five product lines and four sales forces.

Glavas earned his Masters in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina and his Bachelors Degree from the University of California.  He proudly served the United States
Coast Guard as a helicopter pilot and senior manager of search
and rescue and domestic security operations during his eight year tenure. He continues to serve as a Commander in the Reserves.
