  • William M. Clapper
    President and CEO

    Bill Clapper founded MTI Information Technologies in 1999 and is responsible for the development of the company's knowledge management strategies and overall company strategy.

    Bill has been involved in the healthcare industry for over 20 years and has been recognized for his many innovative applications of knowledge management technology to the healthcare marketing process. He has provided the leadership to guide MTI Information Technologies through a period of rapid growth and has built an impressive and experienced professional management team. He is a frequent industry speaker and former Chairman of the Database Marketing Council of the PDMA.

    Prior to founding MTI Information Technologies, Bill held senior management positions at BASF Corp and Rhone-Poulenc. He was also President of Doane Marketing Research and Marketing Technologies, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science from The Pennsylvania State University and is a graduate of the Columbia Executive Management School.

  • Rob Boyce
    Chief Operating Officer

    Robert W. Boyce joined MTI Information Technologies in 2004. In his current role as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Boyce is responsible for all commercial operations of the company, as well as business development.

    Immediately prior to joining MTI, Mr. Boyce spent eight years working within the Johnson & Johnson family of companies, most recently serving as Vice President, Global Strategic Marketing for J&J subsidiary, Independence Technology. In this role he was responsible for all marketing, reimbursement and managed care activities.

    Earlier in his career with J&J, Mr. Boyce held consumer marketing positions with McNeil Nutritionals, LLC and McNeil Consumer and Specialty Pharmaceuticals. He garnered extensive experience in sales, marketing and new product launches.

    Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Mr. Boyce served in the United States Navy as a Naval Flight Officer. Mr. Boyce earned his MBA and a BS in Mathematics from Villanova University.

  • Rob McCracken
    Chief Technology Officer

    Mr. Robert McCracken joined MTI in 2006 as Chief Technology Officer. McCracken had completed a previous 9-year tenure with MTI working along-side MTI’s founder, Bill Clapper, pioneering marketing technologies for the agricultural and pharmaceutical markets. These technologies are at the core of MTI’s current-day product offering.

    With more than 27 years of experience in database development and healthcare marketing and research, McCracken provides the leadership and expertise necessary for the continuing development of MTI’s intellectual property and products. As a member of MTI’s leadership team, McCracken is also a key contributor to the strategic direction of MTI.

    Immediately prior to re-joining MTI, Mr. McCracken worked in many capacities for Harte Hanks, Inc., including CIO. He most recently served as an independent technology consultant investing the majority of his time as principal architect of the Transact database system designed to support database marketing initiatives for clients such as Eli Lily, Novartis, AstraZeneca, McNeil Consumer and Mercedes Benz. 

    McCracken began his career working with Johnson and Johnson in Research and Development, developing wound care products. During this time he was awarded two notable patents on behalf of J&J. After six years developing products, McCracken transitioned into a 5-year marketing role with J&J in the hospital products market.

    McCracken received a BS in bio-engineering from the University of Vermont and a MS in management of technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

  • Carol A. Ritts
    Vice President, Finance

    Carol Anne Ritts joined MTI Information Technologies in 2003. She currently serves as Vice President, Finance. In this role, Ms. Ritts is responsible for the overall management and reporting of the financial health of MTI. She is the interface with MTI's vendors and business partners on all financial issues and she functions as the financial manager for all client projects. Ms. Ritts brings 30 years of invaluable financial management experience to MTI.

    Prior to joining MTI, Ms. Ritts was the General Manager for Architectural Concrete Design where she held a leadership role in human resources, benefits, finance, payroll, job-costing and contract negotiation. She also spent 16 years with Leasing Equipment Services, Inc. as General Manager/Officer, where she oversaw all finance, accounting and investment operations for the company's diversified business portfolio.
