William M. Clapper
President and CEO

William (Bill) Clapper founded MTI Information Technologies in 1999 and is responsible for the development of the company's knowledge management strategies and the overall company strategy.
Bill has been involved in the healthcare industry for over 20
years and has been recognized for his many innovative applications of knowledge management technology to the healthcare marketing process. He has provided the leadership to guide MTI Information Technologies through a period of
rapid growth and has built an impressive and experienced professional management team. He is a frequent industry speaker and former Chairman of the Database Marketing Council of the PDMA.
Prior to founding MTI Information Technologies, Bill held senior management positions at BASF Corp and Rhone-Poulenc. He
was also President of Doane Marketing Research and Marketing Technologies, Inc. He holds a BS from The Pennsylvania State University and is a graduate of the Columbia Executive Management School.
Robert W. Boyce

Robert (Rob) Boyce joined MTI Information Technologies in 2004. As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Rob is responsible for all commercial operations of the company and business development.
Prior to joining MTI, Rob spent eight years working within the Johnson & Johnson family of companies, most recently serving as Vice President, Global Strategic Marketing for J&J subsidiary, Independence Technology. In this role, he was responsible for all marketing, reimbursement and managed care activities.
Earlier in his career with J&J, Rob held consumer marketing positions with McNeil Nutritionals, LLC and McNeil Consumer and Specialty Pharmaceuticals. He garnered extensive experience in sales, marketing and new product launches.
Rob has served in the United States Navy as a Naval Flight Officer. He holds a BS and MBA from Villanova University.
Robert W. McCracken

Robert (Rob) McCracken joined MTI in 2006 as Chief Technology
Officer before taking on his current role as Chief Strategy Officer in 2009. Rob had completed a previous 9-year tenure with
MTI working along-side MTI’s founder, Bill Clapper, pioneering marketing technologies for the agricultural and pharmaceutical markets. These technologies are at the core of MTI’s current-day product offering.

William (Bill) Rymer joined MTI in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer.
Bill is responsible for the formulation and execution of the company’s key financial strategies and the advancement of strategic initiatives.
With nearly 20 years of experience, Bill possesses a strong financial background including accomplishments in capital investments, operational restructuring and policy implementation. His contributions hold a significant value
in the secured growth and profitability of MTI.
Prior to joining MTI, Bill served as the CFO
for both publicly
held and privately owned businesses including Constar International, Inc. and American Pacific Enterprises LLC.
He has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions,
corporate finance,
strategic planning, operational performance improvement and cashflow management. Bill has worked
with portfolio companies of several large private equity firms and
also served as Director, Business Advisory Services for a professional services firm.
Bill is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a BS
in Accounting from Wake Forest University.
Carol A. Ritts
Chief Production Officer

Carol Anne Ritts joined MTI in 2003. She currently serves as Chief Production Officer.
Prior to her role as CPO, Carol applied over 30 years of invaluable financial management experience as MTI's Vice President, Finance.
